20 Cherry Tomatoes
10 Baguette Slices
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese (to your liking)

Toast bread slices at 250 degrees until crisp.
Place cherry tomatoes on a plate then place another plate on top of it. If the plates are shallow you can put the top one on upside down. Our plates are a bit deeper so I had to do it right side up like so:

Cut carefully through the gap with a large knife.

Mix sliced tomatoes, the balsamic vinegar and olive oil into a bowl.
Place on top of the bread and top with Parmesan cheese.
