Braised Beef (Uses Stout)

2 Bottles Guinness
Any Beef Roast (cut into 2×2 in. pieces)
20 Baby Carrots
2 Potatoes

Preheat oven to 275 F
In a pan with high walls sear the beef on all sides until golden brown (Pan must be very hot to begin)
Pour in 2 bottles of Guinness and put in the oven for 2 1/2 hours
Add vegetables and put it back in for 1 hour
take out and eat
